We hope you love your purchase from Backwards Boutique, but we know online purchases don't always work out. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our return policy below. Please make sure your items meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.
Return Policy:
- We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for an exchange.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return and circle the names of the items you wish to return.
- MAIL BACK TO: 1124 2nd. St., Perry, IA 50220
- Refunds can only be issued in the form an exchange.
- All accessories and Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping error.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
Exchanges
Due to our limited quantities of products we can’t guarantee an exchange. We are always adding new items so we know you will always find something you will LOVE!
Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Backwards Boutique will only Offer Free Shipping in the Continental United States (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii). You are welcome to purchase from those states but will asked to pay for shipping.
